Hi Ho? Get 2 Sites For Only $400 (33% Discount Til Stroke Of Mid night)

August 28th, 2007 by urhk

I must have been too busy with all my other work on hand; I forgot to inform some of my prospective SBI! clients of the special bonus that SiteSell is doing.  It ends at the stroke of mid-night on August 28, 2007. Yes, I know it’s kinda late to inform you.

But hey, don’t rush to buy anything simply because it’s on a discount.  I would recommend you to think twice before jumping on, because Site Build It is not going to be “set and forget” type of web business. You have to work it before it pulls tens of thousands targetted visitors to you!

You may buy it now and give the extra one to your friend, or share the cost with your friend. I don’t recommend you to start 2 projects at one time, because you will fail.

We have only 1 pair of hands :)  Take it from me;  Once, I started too many projects which took me forever to juggle in between.  Listen to what I say, but not I do ;)

(Yeah… i know, just on this one.)

 Cheers,

Roy

What Is My/ Your Value To You/ Your Target Market?

August 26th, 2007 by urhk

Okay, here goes my ramblings… I have been seeing quite a few of my competitors bitching against my way of promoting Site Build It! They say, I am just giving away crap, and they claim by having something extra is a waste of time.

I agree.

Books by themselves are really meaningless if not applied appropriately.

Anyways, I know where they are coming from, and I don’t blame them. They are just protecting their stake, and it’s really okay. Afterall, we are in the same industry. :)

They just don’t realize what I give to my clients are beyond the $13,000+ ebook, video and audio training courses. Yes, they are my clients, I don’t call them my customers, as their interests are my interest as well.

In fact, those material are just the icing on the cake. I am also providing personal assistance for anyone who purchase Site Build It through this site.

Isn’t it clear this is pure gem?

I have received some subscriber’s email a few weeks ago; he said, he would purchase Site Build It once he gets to know what he is going to write about. I am actually happy for him, because he actually thinks before he jumps on my offer.

Tonight someone offers to buy SBI through me, but I kindly explained to him that, based on his unique situation, he should not be using Site Build It (which I am not going into details).

My point? I just would like to say that, I don’t suggest SBI to anyone, simply because I will make a cut to them! Absolutely not. Ask me if you have a case, before you jump on the boat. By thinking it through prior to shooting your gun is a better way to do business, especially when it comes to one that is online.

One tip for those who wants to do business online:

Find out what values are you really delivering to your market before jumping in.

What is value?

Value is something you are willing to do/give up in order to get or to keep.

For example, you are willing to pay $2 for the bus fare instead of walking the extra miles, right? Because you evaluate the time involved is more important than the $2, right? You are willing to do business with the bus company, by paying them to do the “walking” for you.  Make sense?

I am willing to give you whatever it takes to help you succeed with your online business, in order to help you succeed (not just the $13,000+ bonus). And you know what… one of the very good reasons I am not sharing all my resources to ALL people because, those are the people NOT willing to do/ give up anything in order to get what they deserve. Does that make sense?
So, what’s your target market? i.e. who are you going to serve? What are you willing to give up for them, in order they will be able to achieve what?

If you cannot answer the above yourself, DON’T Buy Site Build It, or you are losing your time.

Cheers,

Roy

This is an amazing tool.

August 21st, 2007 by urhk

For those of you who are intimidated by the idea of starting your own business, I recommend you check out this website:

http://www.truewebreviews.com

This website only took me 2 hours to build, from start to finish. It’s not a business by my definition. It’s absolutely a good start for anyone who has no or little experience on the net to start off a simple website.  One of the main key features I like this website building tools is that, it offers easy-plug-and-go tools.

All you need is to choose the path you want to dig, may it be a niche site or general business site.

The only drawback I would say, it’s not really a true business.  I would say it’s a easy money pulling machines.  It has clickbank, google adsense, and other plug-in-profits tool ready to go.

If affiliate marketing is one of your monetarization models, have a look and see if it fits your overall business plan.

Understanding Thy Self, Vision, Mission and Passion

August 10th, 2007 by urhk

Link: http://www.sitebuildit-review.com/presents/7figure

I have bought myself a recent product launch by Mike Filsaime and finally received my package this afternoon. I started watching the DVDs tonight.

Back to Site Build It for a second…

Site Build It talks about building your web business based on your passion. That’s the only criteria Site Build It mentions in your business selection criteria.

In fact, there are two more important criteria to choose your niche, which have not been discussed extensively. The two factors were talked a lot in the first DVD of the product that I purchased, and I will share with ALL three here:

1) What you are deeply passionate about? (Mentioned in Site Build It! Day 2)
2) What you can be the best in the world at? (Mentioned in Site Build It! Day 2 &3)
3) What drives your economic engine? (Mentioned in Site Build It! Day 1)

The above are three most important criteria when you start thinking about creating your business, either online or offline.

It’s not easy to think what’s you are really passionate about, sometimes. It maybe under your nose. For myself, I did not find myself passionate with anything in particular. Well, I do have a couple of hobbies, e.g. Computer games, reading self-improvement books, playing German Bridge, surfing on the net and learning business in general.

Though I have a couple of hobbies, but I can’t really say that I am passionate about them.

Since 2004, I have been surfing on the net for a purpose - keeping myself current on the online tools and techniques which can help improve companies performance. Due to the demand from my profession, I need to keep myself abreast of the latest cutting edge methods to improve business processes. Doing research online seems a logical connection. Besides, I am very interested in how the internet can make our lives better. Helping businessmen to streamline their business processes and enhance their bottomline have become a “by-product” of my online research.

By sharing what I’ve learnt with others, makes my time more worthwhile. I do feel contented and fulfilled by doing so.

I would say, now I have become accustomed to the habit, instead of being absolute passionate about my daily research. It’s like a person having married for years, and s/he does not know whether s/he is “passionate” in loving his/ her spouse any longer, since they have been attached for so long.

So, what am I really passionate about my online venture? I don’t know.  I just know that this has become a second nature to me.

Your Vision, Mission, Passion - and your business?

When it comes to these big words, i.e. Vision, Mission, Passion, it only seems to relate to the Big Corporations, but do these concepts hit your business mind as well?

Does your business give value to your customers? Are you pleased with how your business handles your customers? Have you reviewed lately how your business communicating/ relating to your customers?

Many times, value may go beyond and above any monetary measures. For example, if you are a health consultant, you are delivering to your customers something more profound - i.e. their health and longevity.

Simple concept, yet profound impacts

There a couple more concepts shared in the first DVD, for example, a hedgehog or a fox concept, defining your vision, identifying your mentors and etc.

Understanding Thy Self And Your Business

In fact, by understanding yourself from inside out, is truly the first step in starting your business. If you don’t understand yourself well enough, how can you provide the best you can to your customers?

I am happy to have invested in the DVDs and I recommend you to take a look it for yourself. It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth the dollars.

Roy

Site Build It Alternative?

August 5th, 2007 by urhk

SiteBuildIt-Review.com is dedicated to provide in depth analysis for potential Site Build It owners with the good and the bad of Site Build It. I intend to make this site as user-friendly and informative as possible so that you may make the BEST purchase decision when it comes to starting your online business with the right tool. Whether SBI! is good for you and your online venture is entirely up to you to decide.

I also understand everyone approaches online business  differently.

If you don’t want to build a website yourself, but interested in affiliate marketing through the use of PPC (Pay Per Click marketing), I HIGHLY recommend you to take a look at:

www.wealthyhub.com

This Internet Marketing University is created by two successful  entreprenenurs, Kyle and Carson, who are diligently provide top notch online coaching for their members.  Being a member for 3 months, I have learnt quite a few marketing techniques from the site.

Wealthyhub.com provides tools and resources all in once place.  Tools include keyword research, online tutorials, user-friendly forums, autoresponders, and coupons for PPC engines, and so much more.  Those tools are not just any tools, but well-thought out and designed toolkit all in one place for your perusal, once you decide to join.

Recently, it also provides hosting service at no extra costs. I find it of value.  This is especially good for someone who does not want to write a lot of content for the sake of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purpose, which Site Build It advocates for.

For only $30, I truly think it’s a steal.  If you join Wealthyhub.com, send me the receipt and I will provide you with extra bonus for trying out Wealthyhub.com.

Cheers,

Roy

P.S. BTW, I don’t recommend stuff that I have not used or tested. Besides, it will be the same tool I would recommend my family members to use, anytime.

Site Build It Complaints In Progress

August 5th, 2007 by urhk

I have received a couple of complaints from prospective SBI! customers.

I have directed the messages to Site Build It support team and Ken Evoy himself.  Although I am an advocate of Site Build It, I also like to find out the experiences of others who have a different opinion than what I perceive what Site Build It really is.

From these emails, something has revealed itself and I would like to share it with you:

This is something I found interesting and useful. Before you take action, form a judgement, you should consider the following processes:

1) Observation

2) Interpretation

3) Application

The method is also referred as “OIA” methodology.

Basically, what OIA says is: before you action/ form an opinion of something, we should observe/ find enough information/ data.  One single incident or just some data is not enough.  Preferably you should have enough data to form the population that is reliable enough for your judgement.

When you come to the “interpretation” stage, you should apply what your objectives are and compare it with the fact, data, information that you’ve gathered in stage one.  This is very important because if you don’t interpret correctly, you will end up with a bad “opinion” which leads to your ultimate altitude and actions.

It’s the actions that lead you to success or failure, or whatever results you had in mind before you start ANYthing.

The above is a simple methodology we can apply in almost any aspect of our life as well.

Why did I mention the above? How does it relate to the Site Build It Complaints that I’ve received

For some of the complaints I’ve received from visitors who have been telling me that how Site Build It is not really something that I should advocate for.

When I followed up with them, and asked how come they had ended up with such an opinion, then I found out the fault is not with Site Build It, but with the process of how they came up with their “opinion” in the first place.

It’s trembling at heart for me, because it’s not the fact which made up some of the prospective customers of Site Build It view Ken Evoy/ Site Build It.

Rather, it’s the opinion we’ve found in my mind that matters, which sometimes becomes the ultimate destination our life which ends up to.

Well, I don’t want to be perceived as some preaching, but I do want to make sure to others that I don’t blindly promote Site Build It.

If your complaints against SBI! is valid, I will surely post it here for others to consider whether Site Build It is good for others.

Your view is important to me, as well as to others as well. At the same time, we need to have an open mind, before forming a judgement onto something.  Forming an opinion against some internet marketing product is okay (as we may have more than one tool to achieve the result you have for your internet business), but having an distorted way of coming up with a conclusion on certain aspect of our life is certainly devastating.

Hope it makes sense to you,

Cheers,

Roy
